Mission Statement

Our mission at #TheEduCal is to help educators share, learn, and grow together by promoting professional learning opportunities. As a crowdsourced site, we count on our users and Ambassadors to add and share these valuable events. Now it’s time to take that to the next level.

Welcome to #TheEduCal Blog. This is the place to share the stories behind the events.

Planning an #Edcamp? Lead a great session at a recent #GAFESummit? Learn something new or make meaningful connections at a conference? We want to hear from you.

On #TheEduCal Blog, we want to share your stories and experiences to add positivity to the world of connected education. Finding events by date and location is great, but it’s the stories and your voices that give them power and impact on our teaching and profession.

In future posts, we hope to share original content written by you, to republish articles and reflections of conference and learning experiences, and to share links to relevant news and events. The plan is to update bi-weekly with a mix of content starting next week to highlight the great things we are all doing to change education.

We hope you will take part in this mission with us. To contribute to #TheEduCal Blog, please review our submission guidelines and form here.

Best,

Adam and Dani

  1. Love that you are adding this component to the Edu Cal! It's a nice way to keep us connected as humans and not just by events...well done!
